At Under Control Instruments, we strive to ensure your home heating and control systems operate perfectly; however, if you are not satisfied, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Securely pack the items in their original box, ensuring all manuals, fittings, and components are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label or ship the package via a tracked service to our central warehouse address provided in your authorization email.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the product's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
