Application

Ring Heaters (Full Sheath) are used in many applications where other types of heaters such as strip heaters are not suitable. Ring Heaters can be fitted to heating platens, press dies, glue and wax melting machines, high-speed packing machines, kettles, coffee making machines and melting of soft metals. They have a maximum working temperature up to 650 deg C

Construction

Made from chrome steel sheath on one side and edges, with the other side bare refractory. The inside has a coiled electric resistant wire and the terminals are steel with locknuts and washers, heater thickness is 6.5mm.
